8 tips to Boost Your Immunity

There are various ways to boost up your immune system. The more you boost up your immune system, more you stay away from diseases. Immunity system is the strength that the body requires to fight out various seasonal diseases. Good food, healthy habits, proper exercise and such other things are required to boost up your immunity. A strong immunity helps to fight out several diseases and thus keeps you healthy and fit.

Eat properly
Proper food diet, is very much crucial for strong immune system. Try out some daily nutrition to your food. Add vitamins and minerals. The nutrients which are really necessary for your body to strengthen your immune system are vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B12, zinc, omega 3, flavonoid, carotenoid and selenium. All these nutrients are found in various foods. Add green vegetables, fish, green tea, whole grains, garlic, nuts, eggs, carrots, broccoli, citrus foods, etc to your daily food diet.

Be stress free
Keep yourself out from stress. Stress is somethings which makes you mentally and physically weak. Stress can put you to various diseases. So go for long walk, jog, and spend time with friends and family.

Limit your alcohol
Try to limit yourself to alcohol and beer. You need to have a very moderate consumption of poly-phenol rich alcohol and beer regularly, this will keep your immune system stronger.

Exercise properly
Regular work out keeps you stronger. Go for long walks, or jog for 30 minutes. You need to have proper work out at least 4 times a week.

Say “no” to smoking
Smoking is injurious to health, though a much known term, but many people did not stop this habit. Try to limit yourself to caffeine and tobacco as much as possible.

Keep yourself hydrated
Drink lots of water which helps to remove toxins from your body, it also keeps you hydrated. Water boosts the immune system.

Sleep well
Proper sleep is very necessary. Do not have incomplete sleep. Have sleep for at least seven hours daily. A good tight sleep helps your immune system to fight more strongly.

Lose weight
Excessive weight is not at all good for your health. Try to limit your weight and waist line. Fat is harmful for your immune system. It leads to many unwanted disease.

Maintain hygiene
Maintain cleanliness always. Wash off your hands and feet after coming from outside, as those are germ bearers. All wash your hands before eating.

Have lot of probiotics, this really helps to strengthen immune system. Add herbs such as tulsi, ginger, and garlic to your diet. Have lots of green leafy vegetables, tuna, salmon, etc. Get proper vaccinations, whichever and whenever necessary. Be positive minded always.
