Dengue is diagnosed by blood test and physical test done by doctor. Through blood test the analysis of virus effect is done in human body.
Dengue has three phases
In Febrile condition there is high fever, nausea and vomiting. Rashes begin after three to four days after fever starts.
The critical phase is the hemorrhage fever which is quiet rare when dengue becomes life stacking as it does not recovers easily. Blood platelets fall down badly; pressure gets low badly and results in bleeding too.
The recovery phase consists of body fatigue, itching, slow heart rate, brain trauma, fluid overload. It lasts for two to three days.
Dengue Hemorrhagic fever occurs less than five percentages. This adverse effect can occur among children as they have less immune power compared to adults. Hemorrhagic fever causes bleeding, circulatory shock and abdominal pain.
Treatment of Dengue
There is no vaccination available in market which could pre protect from the virus of dengue fever. There are also medicines available for this virus. Doctor prescribes pain killers and antibiotics to reduce pain. Plenty of water, fluid, fruits, and vegetables are helpful. Proper rest is utmost necessary.
For Dengue Hemorrhagic fever intravenous fluids and oxygen therapy is provided.

Dengue is the virus which is spread by mosquito so the first protection which one should to take is not allowing water to be stagnant around your house. Keep your trash cans, flower pots empty from water. Use bleaching powder and mosquito killing chemical all round your house. Wear long sleeves, long pants while you are out. If one is travelling in severe tropical area it will be advisable to have a physical check up from doctor especially during monsoon season.
