In our daily schedule, we sit for prolonged period working and that really harms our health. Sitting down and relaxing does make such difference. Sitting down for a longer period of time and working can cause the risk of severe health issues such as osteoporosis, cholesterol, heart issues, etc. Short breaks are really necessary for you.
